Postnatal Recipe - New Mama Smoothie

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 packet New Mama
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 cups milk or milk substitute of choice
Directions: Add all ingredients to blender, blend & enjoy on-the-go!
