Postnatal Recipe - New Mama Acai Bowl

Ingredients: 

  • 1 packet frozen Acai
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 packet New Mama

Directions: 
Add all ingredients to blender & blend. Pour in bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!

Toppings: 
Sliced strawberry, sliced banana, blueberries, granola, flax meal, chia seeds, almond butter.
